Crossfire is a MMOFPS that has a lot of similarities to Counter Strike and Combat Arms. The game's story is that in the very near future there is two factions, Black List, and Global Risk. That's really all there is, for more go here. I've played Combat Arms(which I do not like, it's a very typical MMOFPS) and I can tell you, there is in fact a couple of differences.
Differences:
In Combat Arms you buy guns and only have them for a certain period of time, where in Crossfire, you just buy the gun and have to repair it every so often. This is one part I really liked, it sucked having to buy the gun every 10 days and waste money, and it seemed illogical, if you already have a gun, why buy it again?
There is also small differences, like you get awarded extra experience if you get the most kills, and MVP, yet no one seems to know how to even get MVP. Also if you get 5 kills in a row you get a star (it does nothing, but gives a sense of achievement).
You also have backpacks to choose from each time you spawn, you start out with two backpacks in the beginning of the game, but can buy more.
There is also a feature called revenge, if someone kills you in Death match, and you kill that person, you get a little thing for revenge, like the star, it does not do anything.
Your starting equipment is as follows:
Pick your character(SWAT, SAS, etc.)
M16
HE Grenades (for both backpacks)
M700(Sniper, also resembles a scout from Counter Strike)
and around 30k in GP(Money)
The guns are much better, they have the usual guns like AUG, M16, M4A1, AK47, and the AWM (exactly the same as the AWP from Counter Strike).
My guide for the guns is:
Don't buy anything until you can get the Scar Heavy, buy it.
Wait until you can get the Deagle for one of your backpacks, or get two pistols(what I did) for your sniper and Scar Heavy.
Then wait until you can get the Scar Light, this gun is the king, best gun IMHO, it's a headshot cannon, and also good for spraying in those tight situations.
There is also special modes where you can have just knife, snipers and pistols, or just pistols.
The biggest difference (and the only reason I've stuck with the game this far, and will probably stick with it), is Ghost Mode. This is the mode where Black List is invisible when not moving and Global Risk isn't. Black List, ghosts, can only use knives, they're really fast, and they have to plant the bomb at either A site or B site. Global Risk can use weapons and is normal, and has to defend A site or B site. This is the mode I almost always play (with the occasional TDM and Knife match), it's very unique, and I've always liked that stealthy theme. One thing that I must emphasize about this mode (especially on Global Risk) is headphones. I have $100 headphones (you don't have to get them anywhere near that expensive) and I can hear where the ghosts are breathing, so they don't have to move and I can pinpoint where they are.
Another thing is their reporting system. Have you ever wanted to get that hacker on film but don't have FRAPS? You can save the replay of the entire match at the end of the game in Crossfire. Then you just go to their site, rename the replay as the hacker's name, and submit the video in their support/request form (or something). Also to view the replay, go to storage (in-game) then replays.
Cons:
Besides Ghost Mode, it is your typical MMOFPS.
The graphics are not that good, there is still glitches on a couple of levels, and you can get stuck sometimes.
The biggest con is hackers. It is hacker central in Ghost mode, the hackers usually either have speed hacks, gun hacks(where they can use any gun they want by having their knife out and use it with unlimited ammo), but the most used in Ghost mode is Chams. Chams allow you to see the ghost even when they are invisible. Now here's the thing, you don't know if they have Chams or have really good headphones (I've been accused and kicked countless times for hacking because I can hear them breathing with my headphones). The way I tell is if you're a ghost, stand out in a big room, and if they look at you or shoot directly at you even when they're farther away, they're hacking. If they don't even look at you until they get close, they probably have headphones.
The thing about hackers is most people will kick them if you have proof, and even if they don't you can still report them. Every hacker that I have reported with a replay, I've never seen again.
Overall, it's a good game that I will play for a long time. The community is alright, though you will get that whiny guy who yells hacker every time you kill him, every once in a while. They do have the same system in most MMOs where you can purchase stuff with real money (I've purchased the SPOP character and sunglasses). If you want to contact me in game my character name is: Twitchy5*NOM, and I'll usually be playing Ghost mode in Alpha server channel 10 or 9, and BTW my clan's name is ColdPlay. Try it out, I hope to see you in game!

Silkroad Online
Silkroad online is based on the Chinese silkroad where traders would trade their various items through this road, and a popular item was silk. I'll start off with what makes this game different. If I am wrong on any of the information here, please tell me.
Differences:
It has a separate skill bar from which you choose which path you go on, there's spearman, archer, and swordsman. In those skill trees there's three elements.
Lightning - Does AOE damage.
Frost - Freezes enemies(Good for archers).
Fire - Does direct damage.
There's also one thing that's really cool called berserk mode, and guess what this goes into ;). You get all red and fiery and do MASSIVE amounts of damage! This is good for fighting bosses, or a really tough enemy.
Another thing that separates this game is the trade system, the main reason why this game is called silkroad. There are three things you can do starting at level 20 (I recommend 25).
Trader - Picks up items at one city, travels to another city and sells them there. You trade all this stuff with either a horse, travels faster than the camel but has a LOT less health. Then there's the camel(recommended), which travels slower, but has a lot more health. As you get higher the mounts change but there still really the same, ones faster and one has more health.
Thieves - Theres two types of thieves, NPC thieves and player thieves. The NPC thieves you get a number of them(depending on your level), but they're easy to kill off. Then there's player thieves, these guys try to kill you take your stuff, than go sell it at the city.
Hunter - Kills thieves, plain and simple.
These are the three jobs, but I don't recommend being a thief or hunter until 50+.
Cons:
Ahh yes... There's really only one reason why I quit this game.
The quests are very repetitive, and long. My last quest that I was on is that I had to kill 5000, yes, thats not a typo, 5000 of this type of monster. It was a complete and utter B****! I got to 3000 and I said....SCREW THIS!! Though once you get to a high level, you basically own the game. You can kill everyone thats lower than you(specifically because of the reason I just mentioned).
This is a video from youtube just to give you a idea of the game.
Well thats SilkRoad, ifI need to add anything, let me know.

First Post
Hey guys, this is Twitchy5 and what this blog is about is to give you the best, and the worst MMO games and review them. I will also try any other games that I know, I will put them into categories, have a list of the top 5, or 10 depending on how many of them there are. Now I've played a lot of MMO's going from World of Warcraft to Air Rivals or Fly FF. I've also played a lot of other games like Perfect dark 64(I hated those little monster things, yea the real tiny ones). Now you might be asking, what is the difference from these reviews to any others? Well, first I will give you every type of MMO. Second, it will come from your everyday gamer(I will try to be as unbiased as possible). Third you can give your review of the game and if it's good, I will post it! Also if you find a game for me to try, and you send me a review along with the selection I'll post your review. Now what makes me so special that you get the privilege to send in these reviews? Well, frankly, I don't know. I was searching all over the internet for a good list of MMO's and there's tons of them, but they're not really that good. So I will make this blog, to the best of my abilities, the best reviews, and the best lists. Thanks for reading and I will get my reviews started ASAP!
Sincerely
